2019 Northern Rockies Duathlon - Fort Nelson
- Race Day Sign-In/Registration: 8-8:40 AM
- Distances: 5KM Run / 20 KM Bike / 2.5 KM Run
- Registration closes Friday, September 6th, at Midnight
- 16 year old and up (on Dec 3l, 2019) can take part as an "Individual", anyone under the age of 16 (on Dec 31, 2019) must be on a team
- Entry fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable under any circumstances
- All Team participants must be 12 years of age or older
