  • Start location: Ginters Parking lot - Massey Dr side

  • Clinic run length - will vary as we increase our distance. To start it will be 30-45 minutes

  • Participants should be able to regularly run a 5k distance to sign up as that will be our starting point

- Wheelchair category start at 9:15 AM
- 5 km walk and run starts at 9:30 AM
- Race Package Pickup will be Saturday, September 30th, 3-6 PM, at the West Fraser Timber room at the Rec Centre
