Hot Boxing: Hot boxing allows skis to absorb a greater amount of wax than standard ironing methods by heating the skis and holding them at the melting point of the wax for a long period of time. The penetration of the wax into the base from one treatment is equivalent to up to 20 layers of wax!

  1. The glide zones are bushed, prepped and then a soft wax is ironed in.
  2. The skis are then “cooked” to allow the wax to penetrate the base,
  3. The ski is then cooled, scraped and brushed.
  4. A hardening layer of wax is then applied scraped and bushed to strengthen the base against abrasive snow. $30.

Klister Cleaning: For all those hard to clean wax jobs out there we are here to help! Difficult cleaning jobs can be added to any other wax service for a $5.00 to $25.00 charge depending on how "difficult" it is to get it off.
