All items being returned must be in good condition, unused, shoes maximum one hour of indoor use (not on the track at the University) with packaging and labels. This does not apply to items that are being returned because of a manufacturers defect.

Cash refunds and credit card credits will be given within 14 days of purchase when a cash register receipt accompanies the item. Cash refunds over $50.00 will be made by mail (cheque).

Items that are returned after the 14 day period may be exchanged for a store credit.

Sale and clearance item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Due to the personal nature of swimwear and underwear, all sales are final. Sports bras and running shorts may only be returned unused, with all tags intact.
