The Prince George Road Runners Club is holding their annual Joe Kelly Memorial Run. It will take place on October 14th, 2023, starting at 9:00am at the Otway Nordic Centre.  Joe Kelly was a prominent and loved member in the Prince George running community, when he passed in 2013.

This event will consist of the participants’ choice of a half hour trail run, one hour trail run, one hour trail walk, or two hour trail run through the Otway ski trails, and will be starting and finishing at the Otway Nordic Centre Lodge. Each group will be lead by seasoned and knowledgeable local leaders. The first group to leave will be at 9:00am and will be the 2 hour trail run. The one hour group will leave at 10:00am and the half hour trail run leaves at 10:30.  Once all of the groups are back at the Lodge there will be food and an opportunity to socialize and a celebration of Joe’s life.

Registration for 2023 PGRR members is free, while non-members are $5 to cover food and insurance costs.
