In consideration of your accepting my participation as a participant and a volunteer I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my family, my heirs, executors and administrators, forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages and causes of suit or action, that I have or may at any time have against the Prince George Roadrunners Club, B.C. Athletics, City of Prince George, Ministry of Transportation, Stride & Glide Sports, their employees, volunteers and all sponsors of the Prince George Roadrunners Race Events, for any and all injuries or losses suffered by me as a result of participating in any of these events. I attest that I am physically fit, am aware of the dangers and precautions that must be taken when volunteering in warm or cold conditions and have sufficiently prepared myself for the required time to see this event through to its completion. I am well aware there may be traffic hazards as well as other hazards of both a foreseen and unforeseen nature.

I am aware that participation as a participant or as a volunteer in this event may result in the publication of my name and/or photograph of myself, to which I give my full consent.
