Labour Day Classic Participant Waiver:

WAIVER: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my family, my heirs, executors and administrators, forever waive, release, and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages and causes of suit of action, that I have or may at any time have against the Labour Day Classic committee, officials, and volunteers and all sponsors of the Labour Day Classic Race Event, for any and all injuries or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation in the event. I also release the use of any photographic images taken of me during the event for use in publicity or news reporting. I attest that I am physically fit, am aware of the dangers and precautions that must be taken when running or competing, and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event.
