In consideration of accepting my participation as a participant and/or volunteer I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my family, my heirs, executors and administrators, forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages and causes of suit or action, that I have or may at any time have against the Prince George Road Runners Club (PGRR), B.C. Athletics, City of Prince George, Ministry of Transportation, Stride & Glide Sports, employees, volunteers and all sponsors of PGRR races and events, for any and all injuries or losses suffered by me as a result of participating in any of these events.

I acknowledge the foreseeable and unforeseeable inherent risks, hazards, and dangers, including without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury, sickness, disease, contagion, including but not limited to COVID-19, permanent disability, paralysis, and loss of life.

I attest that I am in good physical and mental condition to participate and/or volunteer.

I will comply with all rules and regulations of PGRR, Dominion of Canada, Province of British Columbian and Public Health concerning matters of health and safety and specifically as they relate to COVID-19 or such other communicable disease or contagion and further that in the event the participant fails, in the sole determination of PGRR, to comply with any such rules and regulations or related protocols, the participant may be removed from or prevented from participating in the race event.

I am aware that participation in this event may result in the publication of my name and/ or photograph of myself, to which I give my full consent.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Agreement.
