Welcome to NEW and Returning Members
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the 2022 season – we look forward to connecting with you on the roads and trails in 2023!
We’ve also heard that you’d like us to continue with the virtual fun run series. So, PGRR’s 2023 season will be offering the best of BOTH run worlds: in-person races AND a virtual series.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to choose! With a full membership, you can decide which option works best for you at the time of the event: join us in-person; or participate from your vacation spot, work location, etc., and submit your results to the virtual series.

2023 Virtual Fun Run Series
The challenge weeks for the year’s Virtual Fun Run Series will coincide with the in-person events. After completing your run, simply go to the VFRS page on our website and upload your results.
2023 Policies
- PGRR's top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our participants and volunteers.
- PGRR will continue to abide by all provincial and regional Health Orders and follow recommendations from BC Athletics.
- There are eight in-person races and events scheduled for the 2023 season, but that plan is dependent upon PHO’s in place at the time of each event. Should an in-person event be cancelled, we encourage members to take part in the virtual series’ event.
- PGRR encourages all members to practise health and safety protocols to keep our events safe. Anyone not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms related to COVID must not participate for the safety of others.
- PGRR memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
